About

Most people attending this masterclass will have said the same true, useful thing a hundred times - in meetings, in advice, in conversations - and never once thought it was worth writing down. Often that's not because the material isn't there, but because that little inner voice gets in the way first: who am I to say this, I'm nothing special, I'll get laughed at. This masterclass calls out that fear and reframes the gap: the judgement calls made without a second thought, the advice given so often it's stopped feeling like advice at all, are exactly the material a legacy is built from. Attendees will leave with confidence and a concrete way to start recognising and capturing that material, whether or not they have a single word written down yet. The Masterclass will be delivered by Sharon Murray, The Cock-up Catcher. Sharon helps women turn scattered notes, half-written thoughts and years of "I'll write it properly one day" into a manuscript worth handing down. Her path here wasn't direct. Several years spent inside the coaching industry taught her the difference between polished performance and honest story, and she eventually walked away from it to return to what she'd always been good at – Words! Now as an editor/proofreader and writing mentor she helps people find the story hiding inside the mess. She believes legacy isn't about grand, dramatic and glossy transformations - it's about the ordinary, intimate and vulnerable details most people dismiss as unimportant. Her mission is to prove that everyone's story matters, and that the people often written off as past their relevance in today’s hi-tech world, are exactly the ones with the most to offer those coming up behind them. Sharon speaks and writes about story, identity, and why it's never too late to be heard
